What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Which currency will I be charged in?
You will be charged in Pakistani rupees (PKR).

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
Not currently, but we plan on introducing installment plans in the near future.

2. Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to all cities in Pakistan.

How long does it take to ship my order?
Shipping usually takes between 2 - 5 working days, depending on your city.

Do you offer fast shipping?
Expedited shipping is currently not available.

How can I track my package?
You can track your order by using the consignment number for the relevant courier service provided on your order page.

What if I'm not home?
The courier will usually attempt three deliveries before returning the parcel to us. If you anticipate not being home at the time of delivery, please contact the courier company with your consignment number to make alternative arrangements.

3. Returns

Can I change my order?
Yes, we will change your order as long as it hasn't already been shipped. Otherwise, our return policy will apply.

Do you have physical stores?
No, we are an online vendor. However, we offer order pick-up option for Islamabad orders.
